Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
